How ACT! Hosting Works

Hosting With TrilogyCRM

At TrilogyCRM, we don’t overcomplicate the Hosting process.  We’ve built our business on relieving the headache of managing ACT! on your own.  Getting started with TrilogyCRM hosting follows suit.  There are a few things you need to know before becoming an ACT! Hosting Customer:

  1. You need licenses – if you have ACT! 2008 Premium or newer, we’ll just need your serial numbers.  If you don’t have licenses, or you’d like to upgrade, our Sales Team can help with competitive software pricing.
  2. You need an Agreement – your Account Manager will provide an Agreement that includes all the parts and pieces you need.  Once ready to go, you sign and return your Agreement and we’ll get started.
  3. We need your existing data – if you have an existing ACT! database, you’ll upload that to our secure FTP.  We can also convert other data types, just ask one of our Team Members for details.
  4. You are up and running– if you are going to sync, we’ll provide download instructions for the software, your database and step-by-step instructions.  If the web is the way you are going, we’ll provide a link to your new ACT! site, log in and you are an ACT! user.
